Are Ultra Peptide USA products for human consumption?
No. All Ultra Peptide USA products are sold strictly for laboratory research and development purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, or veterinary applications.
What does “for research use only” mean?
“For research use only” means UltraPeptidesUSA products are intended for laboratory experimentation, in-vitro study, or scientific analysis. They are not approved or evaluated for any application involving humans or animals.
What is your return policy?
No refunds once an order is placed and paid for. However, if the customer is shipped the wrong product or a product is missing you will need to contact us via email within 24hrs hours with proof in order for us to replace what was ordered. If the product has already been opened and used they will not be replaced.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Venmo and Crypto Currency (BTC, LTC, DOGE).
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. We offer volume discounts on select peptides. Each Bulk discount includes 5 vials of that specific peptide. Coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with Bulk Discounts.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Standard domestic USPS PRIORITY shipping takes 1-4 business days depending on your location. We do not ship on weekends and Federal Holidays. Express options are NOT available.
Do you ship internationally?
No. UltraPeptidesUSA does not ship globally, only to the continental US. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with their local regulations.
